SOCIAL-PHILOSOPHICAL MECHANISMS FOR ELIMINATING DISCRIMINATORY STEREOTYPES IN CYBERSPORTS

This article systematically analyzes the socio-philosophical nature, factors of origin and forms of manifestation of discriminatory stereotypes forming in the cybersports environment. The study highlights the impact of stereotypes related to gender, age, national-cultural affiliation, social status, economic opportunity and digital competence on equal opportunities and social integration of cybersports participants. It also reveals the role of digital platforms, social networks, anonymous communication, media content and “toxic” communication culture in reproducing discriminatory views. The article bases human dignity, equality, social justice, tolerance, inclusion, mutual respect and digital responsibility as the main socio-philosophical principles. Institutional, communicative, educational and technological mechanisms for reducing discrimination are proposed, and the importance of moderation, media literacy, cybersports ethics and inclusive policies is highlighted. As a result of the research, the “identification–understanding–transformation–inclusion–monitoring” model was put forward, and strategic directions were set for transforming cybersport into a digital social space that is fair, safe, respectful, and creates equal opportunities for all participants.
