Abstract

This article analyzes the impact of digitalization of banking services on customer base and bank profitability. The role of digital banking, internet banking, mobile applications, and fintech solutions in expanding the customer base and improving operational efficiency is examined. The study also highlights the reduction of operational costs, diversification of income sources, and improvement of service quality resulting from digital transformation.
