Abstract

Field experiments conducted in 2022–2023 evaluated 11 varieties of dill, parsley, celery and coriander under early open-field sowing in Uzbekistan. Germination, growth, maturity and yield were assessed. Alligator dill, Nilufar parsley, Atlant stalk celery and Orzu coriander achieved the highest marketable yields within their respective crops, indicating their potential for early-season production.
