The article analyzes the main agronomic and biological characteristics of the promising ‘Nurafshon’ (84/111) bread wheat variety under different agroecological conditions. The assessment considered the degree of yellow rust infection, plant height, growing-season duration, 1000-grain weight, and yield. The ‘Nurafshon’ variety showed 0% yellow rust infection at all three locations, demonstrating the most stable performance for this trait among the evaluated genotypes. The variety had an average plant height of 98.7 cm, a growing period of 224.3 days, a 1000-grain weight of 43.9 g, and an average yield of 71.1 c/ha. Across locations, yield ranged from 69.3 to 72.2 c/ha, with a difference of only 2.9 c/ha, or approximately 4.2%. These results indicate relatively stable productivity across environments. The combination of yellow rust resistance, relatively large grain size, and stable yield performance makes ‘Nurafshon’ a promising genotype for further multi-environment testing under arid and variable agroecological conditions.
