This article examines the significance of the bucket elevator as essential equipment in grain processing technologies and explores the methods for calculating its load distributions. The bucket elevator is a key mechanical transporter for vertically conveying products, and its efficiency depends on factors such as product density, lifting height, and bucket volume. Using the mathematical functions of Microsoft Excel, technological loads were modeled for different products (wheat, flour, bran) through tables and graphical analysis. The findings show a direct correlation between increasing product density and transport capacity, and emphasize the importance of considering density and weight when selecting motor power. The article concludes with practical recommendations for improving technological control efficiency.
